Suerte Symbols Meanings:
Rabbit – Legend has it that tequila was discovered by a rabbit. Actually, it was a farmer’s wife )now referred to as Mayahuel, the goddess of agave) who noticed rabbits in the field getting tipsy on fermented agave.
Neck Bone – The neck bone represents Dia de los Muertos, an important Mexican holiday honoring& celebrating the dead.
Diamond – A diamond stands for brilliance & perfection.
Lips – Lips denote the kiss of luck.
Spade – The spade signifies luck in the deck of cards.
Crown – The crown implies royalty & superiority.
Lightening Bolt – In tattoo art, the lightening bolt symbolizes luck.
400 – In the tequila legend, there were 400 rabbits in the field.
Water Droplet – Suerte is made with spring water from Antonilco el Alto. The water is prized for its mineral content & purity.
Blue Agave – to be labeled “100% Pure Tequila” the spirit can only be made with 100% blue Weber agave.
Star – A star is a universal sign of luck.
Tahona – The carved stone wheel that crushes cooked agave.
A – The A (or *Ace*) in a deck of cards represents luck.

Suerte is based in the highlands of Jalisco, the family-run distillery and agave plantation employs traditional methods to produce their high quality spirits. To preserve the flavor and color of the spirit, the Master Distiller opts for micron filtering, rather than charcoal filtering, and relies mostly on gravity, not pumps and motors, to move the tequila from the holding tanks, through filtration to the bottling line.
